The Journal is designed to provide continuity from one session to another. Clients are asked to do a “session review” within 24 hours of the session, answering questions on the things they talked about, feelings expressed and unexpressed, and the hardest part of the session. Then they are asked to think and write about changes they want to make and steps they need to take to make the changes. Finally, there is a rating scale to rate their progress, make additional notes, and rate their moods. (0425, journal, session notes)
